About Christopher White

Chris began his career in hospitality at the Andaz Wall Street as a restaurant Host and was quickly promoted to Server. After about a year, and after much thought, he knew he wanted to become a part of the Sales team. So with that, Chris was awarded the position of Sales Coordinator at the Grand Hyatt NY and in just one short year later, he was promoted to Sales Manager. In his role he sold to every geographical market garnering vast experience when selling in the U.S. including Pharmaceutical, Financial, and Diplomatic markets.

While on the rise within Hyatt, Chris decided to go from a branded powerhouse in Hyatt to an iconic independent hotel, The Park Lane NY. The Park Lane NY is a 600+ room hotel that overlooks the beautiful Central Park and is a part of the Highgate Hotels' collection. He joined the sales team at the Park Lane, which was known for being the home to the notorious Leona Helmsley, as the hotels' Senior Sales Manager. After his first year of selling this 600+ room hotel overlooking Central Park, he was promoted to Associate Director of Sales. Eventually ending his tenure at the Park Lane Chris was promoted again obtaining the title of Director of Sales. So with all his experience in Sales, he decided to come back to his roots on Long Island to tackle the Real Estate market becoming a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

Chris obtained his Bachelor's Degree from SUNY Oneonta in Food Service and Restaurant Management, which paired with his year of experience in restaurants that contributed to his operational experience.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys everything sports. Living in NY all his life made him a diehard Yankees, Giants & Knicks fan. Also, living in Manhattan for 3 years has turned Chris into a NYC Foodie so trying new hot spots is something he loves and looks forward to.

My wife and I began to search for houses by ourselves thinking that would be a good approach but we couldn’t have been more wrong. We reached out to Chris who sat down with us to get a good understanding of our budget, desired neighborhood, type of house, property etc. There are so many things to  consider when looking for a house, it could be overwhelming if you’re doing it alone, but Chris was calm, cool, collected and took care of everything. I’m relatively easy when it comes to houses. My wife on the other hand, knows exactly what she wants.
