Gina has been a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for over 18 years. She has built her business on setting herself apart from competition with her down to earth way of doing business and her honest and sincere relationships with all her clients. Whether a first time homebuyer or seasoned seller owner, Gina prides herself on making the home buying and selling experience a positive one for all involved. Gina is very fortunate that a large percentage of her business success is due to personal referrals from happy and satisfied clients.

Gina was married at a young age right after college and raised her two beautiful daughters, Victoria and Gianna. Both girls have used Gina’s sales skills in their own careers. She is extremely proud of both of them. Her ex-husband was a Builder and that’s what sparked her interest in development and real estate. She started working for the family business Jaguar Construction, which built new residential homes and condominiums all over Long Island.

They built and sold all of their own homes without a realtor. That’s when Gina realized her gift. With a strong knowledge of construction and a warm personality she sold many properties quickly and for asking price. In 2001, she decided to expand her sales success and become a Licensed Realtor and has been doing it full time ever since.

When she first got her license she started working for Century 21 Prevete as she believed in their sales model and the extensive training they offered. She was in the top 21 agents in the company almost every year from 2002 on.

In 2013, Gina wanted to grow and meet the changing needs of her customers and clients. In order to accomplish this, she knew that she needed a more modern real estate company behind her. She did much research and decided that Compass Real Estate was best suited to her business model and made the transition to Compass Real Estate. It was one of the best moves she’s ever made. Compass has allowed her to run her own business within the company and customize marketing to each individual seller and buyers needs with up to date technology resources. Compass Real Estate is always expanding its Internet and social media presence. She is very proud to be part of a top Real Estate company on Long Island.
